CRÈME BRÛLÉE CONCEPT

The line envelops. The chocolate at the center.

The puff pastry here, I wanted it chocolatey. Thin, even, crisp layers.

For the heart, I wanted indulgence, a lot of it. A creamy texture, with all the intensity of chocolate. A creation designed to suit my sweetheart's tastes.

The final touch belongs to the fire. The cream, then, brûlée.
